IT&T Consulting, is an independent outsourcing and consulting company based in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Ukraine and China, that provides both SMB's and key accounts (aerospace, telecoms, media, banks, energy) with outsourcing services and advice in the fields of general management and Information Technology is looking for a candidate for a CIO full-time position in Kiev’s (Ukraine) subsidiary.
Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
University degree;
Experience working as CIO (about 5 years) and in IT (10 years);
Strong management skills allowing to issue guidelines and directions to follow.
Proficient in managing of large international projects (experience of working abroad is preferred);
Knowledge of IT standard practices (ITIL, ITSM, CMM etc.) - certificates preferred;
Ability to solve conflict situations and to manage conflict persons;
Presentation skills (oral and powerpoint).
Fluent English and Russian required (written and spoken).
Responsibilities:
1. Management to be done on two sites (Kiev and Donetsk)
2. Daily meticulous control of both sites.
3. Technical assessment of validity of suppliers' and teams' offers.
4. Negotiating and making substantive decisions.
5. Integrate into cohesive management team.
